Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions. Professional Answers.

Do You Verify Points?

Yes, we do verify results. We verify batches and samples of results using online competition results services and, in some cases, we contact members to provide additional proof. Overall, our members are very honest and submit points accurately in the spirit of the league. Any member who purposefully submits false points will be disqualified from the Competition League as well as any team or dog club they are competing for.

Why Are Your League Tables Not Published Live And Updated When I Submit Results?

This is an important and valid question. When you submit results, you will receive a confirmation email saying we have received your points submission. When we publish league tables during the year, we will email you to let you know the latest league tables have been published.

We don’t publish the league tables live, primarily because we want to give people time to submit their results if they cannot submit them straight away, and secondly because we do verify a sample of results submitted and this takes time, but we feel is important to maintain the validity of the Competition League.

All results submitted are “subject to verification” until the league tables are published. We are getting quicker at verifying results, and we will soon be moving to publishing league tables at the end of every month, rather than quarterly.

Can We Submit Junior Handling Points?

When you submit your dogs points it has an option to specify the Junior Handlers name and if the class was a handling class.

Can I Buy Printed Certificates?

Digital certificates are sent out free, the certificate email will have a link where you can opt to buy a printed certificate and rosette set for that award. These sets are priced at £10 each including postage and packaging.

What Is The Last Date For Submitting Points?

For your dog’s award certificates there is no last date they run over your dogs lifetime. For the Annual Awards the last submission date is the 1st December and any points after this are carried over to the next year.

Can I Upload Previously Won Points?

Yes, you can enter previously won points for your dogs award certificates and you can go back as far as you want to. For the Annual Awards only points won in that year are counted, even if you upload points from previous years.

What If I Submit Points Incorrectly?

Don’t panic, mistakes happen. Just contact us and we can correct any honest mistakes.

Can I Join More Then One Team Or Dog Club?

You can only join one team or dog club. However, you can change which team or dog club you wish to compete for any time by contacting us.

Can I Collect Points For More Then One Discipline?

Yes, you can submit points for all activities you take part in with your dog.

My Dog Activity Is Not Listed Can You Add It?

Yes, we can, we are constantly adding new dog activities to the league, but if you take part in an activity not already listed then please contact us and we will be able to add it quicker.
